About a month ago I pulled my left soleus, it started out as a swollen bursa, turned into soleus strain, then diagnosed as a pulled calf muscle. I took 3 weeks off and came back pain free!!. I 've been running for abotu 3 weeks now and I was feeling find, but about a week ago I went for a run an about 4 miles out I felt the same pain in my RIGHT soleus now. I took a week off and tried to run again today, but the pain is still there. Any suggestions?
I have changed shoes, iced, and massaged, but it still won't go away.
The only thing I can think of is that I was in a car accident back in Decemember and ever since this problem has been constantly occuring.
