2x600m with 10 mins rest in 1:34 + 1:36.
5x300m with 4 mins rest in 45-47 secs.

maybe 2:10 if you have a super race. What is your PR?
i'm yet to run an 800m race. My first one is next week. Also, i think you'd agree the first workout is miles better than the other 2. Why has this happened? Is there something that i'm lacking and how can I improve it?

Get some 200's in there.
Here is a fairly good predictor.
1x800m with no rest.
I did 4 x 400 in 65, 64, 64, and 63 with a little more rest and I ran a 2:11.8. Hope that helps.
