I do 100% of my running in the morning. This no-sleeping thing has been going on for some time, but I am racing soon and I want to figure this out and perform well.
I use to stop everything at 9pm (computer,tv,get off the phone,etc.). I'd block out my clock so I cant tell what time it is (I eventually check anyway though). From 9pm-~3:30am, I lie there ..... I WONT fall asleep. I wake up at 7am to run. Lately, I just gave up. I now fill 9pm-~3:30am with something productive like reading, bills... anything really... Theres another catch.. I am not tired during the day. The only affect is crappy running. After my run, I am alert till 3am.
Any suggestion on what to do?
