I mean, since it doesn't exist anymore. I know people will get upset that I asked, but I was just curious.......how was that money used? And what is there to show for it?

NYRR got Ritz to make a marathon debut, Torres for the 8k, Ritz for the Healthy Kidney, Ritz sets a record, Ritz star gets brigher and feels loyalty to NYRR, i'd say money well spent. And I'm an NYRR member.
Nothing you post will remain. People are watching you. You can't start a controversial thread liek this and expect it to remain
What do you want them to do? Give the money back?
The club still exists with Running USA. It can be relocated and renamed while under current contract year. NYRR reserves the right to renew the contribution on an annual basis. Runners within the group have changed in the last few years and nobody has demanded that the money be given back,so how is WHERE they are training any different? They spent time in several locations last year. Several Running USA programs spent time training in different locations, do they need to ante up for time spent away from Mammoth, Minneapolis, etc? Just curious as to the mind set on this statement.
now somebody say something about my sentence structure, spelling and puncuation so we can make this a full service hater thread.
That was my point...why should they give the money back? I'm sure it has already been spent anyway.
Who is in the group? Is there a group? Or is it just Ritz, with Hartman as a training partner? As of right now, it doen't look like much of a group at all....it looks like a coach and Ritz. Anyone have any more insight?
And if you want to be technical, why would they call themselves Boulder Training when they're not even located in Boulder?
Of course, I don't think they should give anything back, but the original poster asked what exactly has been done with the money. I don't think that's an unreasonable question.
That was a one time donation. It was given in February of 2006. It was supposed to be used for a year. That was 16 months ago. What is the problem?

Why so defensive? Relax. I was just curious what the money went toward. I could ask the same for Team USA Mammoth - the only difference is they're more established. Since the group in Boulder has dispersed, I wondered what the money actually went toward. What's wrong with asking that?
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
