yeah join a new network using that school's e-mail address. Then you can remove yourself from the old network, if you chose.
To join a new network, click on "account" in the upper right and go to "networks". It should be pretty straightforward from there, not that it wasn't to begin with.
Just add the new network to your already existing account. All you have to do is go to account on the top/right of the page. Then go to networks. On the right will be a place to add the new email address. Then go to your email and confirm it. If you really want to, after you join the new account you just delete the old one, but I'm not sure why you'd want to do that.

You can be a part of multiple networks if you have school emails from dif institutions. You join them both independently and then you merge the two.
