because they are not an anabolic supplement.
all runners under 430 for the mile are on a great deal of supplements, so the majority of the IAAF mile athletes ar actually using them simply for the fact that they are legal and they want to do everything possible to help their career and INCREASE THEIR WAGE ON THEIR NIKE CONTRACT.

Rubbish. SOME runners under 4:30 for the mile MAY feel the need to take supplements. Others of us prefer to eat properly and not need supplements.
Malloch. I feel the need for us to go shopping on this site. So far we have gone without a 'great deal' of supplements, or any at all.
May be sub-4 is beckoning for both of us. It's miraculous either of us have gone as quick as we have.

I can run quicker than 4:30 without any supliments.

i know at least 5 who aren't, 4.30 miling what's that then
some sort of star staus in your eyes. 4 minutes miling now you're talking ,but 4.30?? That's about 4.11 for 1500 and
that in my opinion my friend is about talented kids level.
