I'm a college sophomore going to a large state school in New York, I'm transferring to Johns Hopkins for their pre-med program and I'm wondering if anyone who runs there has any information about the team and the way they train. My high school PR's are 4:26 and 9:48. I ran a 15:16 5k on the roads last year and have just been doing basically base work up until now. I looked at some results and they seem to have a few decent guys but not any serious depth, can anyone enlighten me as I'm not sure as to whether or not I want to continue putting forth the effort since I'm not that terribly fast.
