During your senior yr of HS,
How much did you weigh?
What was your mile PR?
How much do you weigh now?
How fast do you think you can run the mile now?

I don't believe you. HS very high 4's, like 4:55. WT 150. Now age 53, weight 190, don't know but will in July for competition.
HS - age 17 6'3" - 155lbs 4:14 mile 1:56 880
age 47 6'3" 208 lbs - I got into weight lifting after a serious car accident and my upper body is huge compared to what it once was. Guess I over compensated. I do run some mileage, hitting 7:30 pace for 5 miles sometimes, usually running about 8 minutes per. But I am heavier and my legs have recovered fairly well from the accident. I am actually in very good shape and far stronger (not running wise) than I was in my 20's and 30's. But I do miss being able to pop out and run a string up sub 5's.
that wasn't meant for you Tony. I know your talents.
I grew late and started late...
HS senior
5'8" 130 - 5:30 (just getting started)

HS: 135 lbs., 5'8", 4:58

I think my bench press max has gone from ~130 to ~170.

You know you're fast when readers' first impression is you must be a troll, but you really run those times. Keep up the great work.
HS: 6'0" 143lbs: 4:44
44: 6'0" 160lbs: 4:42
% body fat went from about 8% to about 3-5%. Two mile is slower, 400 is faster.
