Anybody ever prop up a treadmill to simulate running downhill?
If so, did it work out alright? Was there any damage to the treadmill? Did it seem to simulate the downhills of say a Boston Marathon?

I have never done this personally but have read training logs of people who have done it for Boston with good results. If I can recall correctly, one guy said he did 15 mile run like this although he did say it ripped his quads apart. Just make sure it is stable and you should not have any problems.
