I'm a sprinter and I pulled my hamstring which basically felt like a series of short sharp pains (I stopped running immediately in the rep I was on). This was last night and today it still feels a bit painful. Last night I iced it for ages (on and off).
This is my plan:
rest it or just do some gentle walking
ice (10 mins on/10 mins off) for a few hrs a day
buy a compression thing for my upper thigh
take some ibuprofen
Does anyone have anything to add? Thank you... this is worrying me a bit.
