Here is a link to the DMR video. If I was a betting man, I'd say Velliquette was hurting.

what a bad ass.
no one could touch him this year in the 800.
pretty sure he was unbeaten in every individual event he ran this year.
no seniors in the 800 either.
not a record wrote:
10:03.44 if vell runs a 4:11 that takes 6.8 off and thats what 9:56.64 thats way off the d3 record of Mass Inst Technology (Jesse Alejandro, Brian Anderson, Yuval Mazor, Sean Montgomery)9:54.76c (9:53.16)or Wisconsin Oshkosh (David Cisewski, Matt Groose, Kevin Klueger, John LeRoy 9:56.38 so nope no record
Thank you for the elementary math lesson.
And the Ohio Northern fanboys come out of the woodwork.
Better to be an Ohio Northern Fanboy than a Mount Union basher...
why? everyone knows mounts guys are the coolest kids on the block.
are we seriously going to rip on mount so bad when we should be proud of them for representing our conference at nationals?
Sure they didn't win, but going into nats ranked 2nd and finishing 3rd is not that much of a disappointment.
it is when they have an 80 meter lead half into the mile and crying for an hour on the infield!
they were all sobbing, it was ridiculous. just like little school girls. very pathetic.
It was a bit of a choke job, but I think I'd probably be cryin too...at least if I were the anchor.
wouldnt you be crying too if it was your last shot at winning the DMR national championship? its not like were talking about a conference title or anything, its the NATIONAL title and if i was a betting man, i bet alot of you would be crying too.
i think the previous comments were just sarcasm. i believe the mount runners were not crying. in fact i know they were not crying.
How many of you were/are in contention for the national title??
Anyone?
Didn't think so, get off Mount's back.
Yea for real, it's easy to sit on your computer and talk trash and bash on the Mount guys but they were the ones in the race giving it their all. They are all awesome runners and they will show it outdoors. Leave them alone.
now that indoor is over, any thoughts on outdoor season?
I don't think there'll be any difference between the indoor and outdoor results.
Mount
Berg
Northern
Otterbein
Capital
yea, scores look too far spread out from indoor conference for there to be much change.
well...I could see Northern maybe jumping back into the race for second. You have the 4x200 team that dnfed indoor, the added 3000 steeple event, the added 10k, plus a few more field events....I think there can be a few changes, but I see it being hard for any team to go after Mount.
