I've been struggling with Patela Tendonitis for just over a month now and have been running barely twice a week, I am on anti inflamms, and getting ultrasounds, ifc, and the laser treatment, but recovery seems painfully slow, any thoughts?

strengthening and elliptical/cross training/very light running while the former takes effect.

I had to get my patela tendon operated on and missed an entire year of running because I kept trying to run on it. STOP before you go past the point of no return. Seriously. The operation is serious and painful. See a doctor and then a PT for good excersises and be conservative!
Try eccentric exercise. I hear they work for the patella tendon as they do the Achilles.
