Thanks for the site. Keep up the good work!
Mottram, Warhurst, Rupp,and Ritz.
Current Masters record-holders: Tony Young and Pete Magill.
Future masters record-holder: Henry Rono.
And of course, Lance A and Dean K.... j/k
hey mark- while you are here what is the song in the background of the BYU workout episode? I really enjoyed this and the texas one where we see the runners doing workouts.
more training info.
I'd like to see some old school guys/coaches interviewed to see what their opinion of the sport is now.
more clips for workouts and races...how about the athletes out having a good time...BAUSHI BAUSHI BAUSHI..hear the roar
I'd definitely like to hear from Broe and Ritz if you could get ahold of them. And Mottram, although that seems like he might be tougher to get in touch with. I also like hearing from the coaches, they always have some great stories and advice.
I think it would be cool if you could cover some of the bigger elite meets, maybe get some interviews with the competitors, any plans for that?
I really like what you guys do, keep up the good work.
Must haves... Wejo/Rojo combo interview and Jason Rexing
Also, you might want to register your username so you won't be polishing off a 5th of jack every now and then.

When are we going to get a WEJO interview?
IM running houston!
Interview me.
Mark, is this actually your job, or do you have a day job as well? Do you make money off of this? If not now, do you have plans to?
Anyone else, what about wejo? Is running this site his job or does he work somewhere like H&R Block or Starbucks during the day?
What is Flotrackr?
How do I get a username/ password?
How much does it cost?

Great site. Can you list the interviews in chronological order of your posting so I can see which ones are newest and I haven't seen?
It would be cool to see two competitiors recounting together a race they had, and the thoughts each had at the time. Webb v. Ritz last year was an obvious one, Dibaba v. Defar would be the ultimate!
We just made some changes on the home page so you can find the flocasts you missed. Check it out
www.flotrack.comand tell me if it works.
There seems to be a a lot of demand for a Wejo interview.
Wejo are you down?
are you gonna do workouts of the top collegiates some more? i like that
also...longer interviews and more coverage...such as interspersing interviews with footage of workouts and also time off the track..such as what they cook for dinner, what they do away from the track
