No, I'm not in the USA, I'm a Brit. Our top man is Dave Taylor, now he really is smoking. He ran 3.49 and 13.53 and a 2.18 Marathon, all when he was 40, two years ago. in 2006 aged 42 he ran 54.72 1.54.06 3.50.45
So I have some work to do but I am looking forward to the challenge.
I am not sure that the World record is 3.58 for a 45 year old, it must be faster than that.
