NO...the geniuses this board produces HAVE been getting it wrong for quite some time...
Lactic acid when produced over a period of time has to go somewhere...it then pools...doing a cool-down AEROBICALLY allows oxygen to BUFFER that lactic acid versus it pooling in the body and then causing ACIDOSIS.
