Been running seriously for 20 years now and used to keep a running log religiously, but the past 5 years I stopped for various reasons. Anyhow, my New Year's resolution is to run 3,650 miles (10 a day) and hopefully take a crack at a PR or two. I’m thinking that keeping a running log will help keep me motivated.
You guys have any links to some running logs that I can take a look at? Excel or word format would be nice.
