I've been running since about mid June after a track injury and am just starting to really get back into the flow of my running again. I'm finally seeing results in my endurance and speed for the first time after a six month injury "leave". I'm taking a mission trip for a week next week and won't be able to run during that time.
Does anybody know about how much i will have lost on my running. I know it shouldn't be too much but at the same time i'm one of those people who fall out of shape pretty fast.
