i really could use some help. my hip has been bothering me lately (actually for the past couple of weeks). i trained all summer, hitting 70 numberous times. my cc team has started speedwork and my hip has just gone crazy. i ran a 16:20 3mile the other day but when i wanted to surge, i couldn't increase turnover without it killing me. please help. it really tightens up when i rest between intervals in workouts to the pt to where i cannot continue.HELP
