It is my understanding that people saw Eric going to David after the race to apologize. Jankowski might not be the only one to blame and probably didn\'t mean to hurt him that way.

The Woodlands is a classic high-power high school program that aims to win at the high school level and could care less about development for those kids. Have seen tons go by the wayside, 9:20 guys thinking they absolutely suck at running and quit the sport due to the culture at The Woodlands. Such a shame.
I know jankow , he is not the kind of guy who get pissed off just because he receives a slap in the butt. If he elbowed Eric it is probably because someone has tried to make him fall or to brutally cut his way . Or even just an accident, he is very tall and it is very easy to get his elbow in the face IF you run to close behind him ( personnal experience).

I noticed that also. The Woodlands produces some awesome highs school runners, but neither of these guys have improved much?
To Brians credit he has improved a lot from when he arrived at Texas. I would wager he'll be one of their top 5 next year.
Don't mess with Jankow
Why do you say this? Is this the same Joe Gray that went to Portland?
Referring to skil's post on page two
Nice way to represent OSU. Good thing some random person can cause that sort of response from you.

I recently heard that an Oklahoma State runner elbowed a Colorado runner in the heard during the men's race. He was disqualified and team scores went something like texas 80, kansas 82, Ok state 110, Iowa State 114. I just heard it from someone at the meet. I also heard times were slow.
he punched him in the face not really an elbow but yes. I didnt see it but the colorado kid was bleeding profusely at the end.
the weather was FREEZING and it was very muddy, the girls tore up the course so the guys were left in even worse conditions and it got even colder when the mens race started and the course itself is hard as hell. Times were easily over a minute slower than what they couldve ran.

if you didn't see it, then how do you know if it was an elbow or not?

because the Colorado guy said "i got punched in the face"
moron.
Was that really Joe Gray that posted before?
yeah but what did he do to "deserve" it? (not saying his actions actually warnted a knock in the head, but you don't just turn around and pop some one in the nose for no reason)
somehow i doubt this dude would care enough to respond to one random post.
i sense a troll posing as a runner
never mind found it on another thread

woah there friend, no need for name calling. Just merely wondering how you came to the conclusion that it was a punch. There was no doubt he got hit in the face, just it seems like to some it was a forearm or elbow, while to others it was a fist with a punching motion. Just trying to get all the facts.

dont get mad i call everybody a moron.
Let me fill you all in on the two Woodlands guys in question:
Brian Sullivan: Went to Indiana, and obviously didn't enjoy it, seeing as he transfered. When you don't like your team or your coach, running blows ass. He has improved a lot since Texas.
Ben Schulz: He took a year off school.obviously wasn't fit, and now is at A&M, and is improving.
2 odd circumstances
Actually Ben went to Arkansas and after some short period of time he came home.
