Have you ever coached a college program? Do you know anything about all the nuances and intricacies of enrollment, admission, financial aid? What about family and general life issues that may take time away from coaching and recruiting, etc? How about the aspect that Otterbein's xc coaches are part-time, and work other full-time jobs, as opposed to the full-time coaches at every other OAC school? The Otterbein coaches have always treated me with respect and sincerity, something I can't say for several of the other coaches in the OAC.
