Looks like Dinzeo may be red-shirting, ran unattached last week and won by a good margin, and a no show this week.
ESU good pack up front at Fordham,
PSAC is going to be weak this year without Anderson and Dinzeo if they both red-shirt.

Clint Keller is the top returning miler and he red-shirted last year
Don't kid yourselves, the true alpha male miler will present himself soon on the xc scene.
Hillary Mugun is going to make a comeback and get the surprise win

Yes, this is true. Once Matt Gillette is done toying around in his early season races, you'll know.
Soon.
I was at the Division 2 challenge no lie saw frank fezza run up to Monroe growl at him and pull out what i believed to be a twix bar ate one half and went for the second but monroe pulled away.... the PSAC is finally getting interesting
Yes that is exactly what happened...
I believe it was a 100 grand bar
You should see what i did after the race ;)
Overall the PSAC looks pretty bad this year. Just in time for the new 3 bid system to start. At least Ship's women will get top 8 and bring him an extra bid for the region (not that we need one) and we will be lucky if any of the men's team finish better then 8th from last.
Boro is looking pretty strong right now. Not sure if they can get a top 8 spot, but they will definitely finish better than 8th from last
You forget how weak some of the other XC regions are. Ship's men were 17th last year as the regions worst finisher, there will be 5 teams from the South/Southeast that will be beaten by any team from our region, generally 1 team out of the NE region isn't strong, and of course our teams will beat each other. At least 2 of the teams from our region will beat 8 other schools and finish in the top 24.
It isn't an up year for the region, but we also shouldn't be resigned to our men's teams finishing 25th or worse; that is very unlikely.
I dunno what the regional committee is smoking, but there is NO WAY that Haven is better than Edinboro right now. Did they just forget to look at the Spartan Invite results?? I know cross country isn't about times, but certainly having 9 guys under 27 minutes versus 3 guys means something. Past results and pr's tell the same story as well. Not sure what's going on there in the rankings.
The Haven didn't even run everyone that is in their top 7 at the DII challenge. That's why. What are rankings anyways?

Results from lock haven r mighty interesting. Still no zondlo and they lose to a d3 school
Slippery Rock didn't look that great. We'll see how everyone does in a week at Paul Short and Louisville
Paul Short race assignments are out. Can't wait to see Lock Haven get smacked in the Gold race. Maybe that will set the rankings straight.
