Is Beegle hurt or something? I see he isn't listed in the 1500.

Bryan chose not to compete at the national meet. I'm just happy we get to see Tina Yi compete one more time. Love me some ASIAN!!
3 PSAC men in the 800 has to be the most in a long time.. it was definitely an impressive year for the middle distance men in the PSAC and that was shown by the strength of the final at the conference meet.

Was also thinking the same thing. All three of those guys have a shot at making the final. After watching the final at PSACs, I feel like Kevin Jewel looks like he has a shot at winning the whole thing. Pretty sure he had even or maybe negative splits to take the win, but that kick was nasty.
Congrats to all the PSACers at Nationals! Now it's time to get geared up for cross season!
I see Neely is declared in the 5K at USATF.
well there's a good way to go make herself look a lot less impressive
there is a sick video preview of it here
Looks like Mary Dell from Keystone Elite (formerly Ship) is running the steeple at Nationals as well.
Yeah, you're right...I'm sure Neely is worried about looking impressive to you. Ever think that maybe she's trying to gain valuable experience racing against the U.S.'s best talent? She would probably beat you in the 5k right now, so I'd watch what you say.
Also competing is Eric Broadbent--2007 graduate of West Chester--in the decathlon.
Alex Monroe just took 2nd in the Junior Men's 10000m. Looked like a pretty hard fought race. I believe this qualifies him for the Pan Am games later this summer in Florida. Congrats, Alex.

Neely beats the returning US 5k champion (Fleshman)and ran a nice PR, putting herself in the race with an elite field. Insane!
Oh come on, we all know Fleshman was hurt for awhile. While she did beat her, its not quite the same you idiot.
If Miss Spence accomplished anything Friday; it was making herself more impressive in the eyes of the Track and Field community. Take a look at the link and scroll down to the All-Time 5k list. Track and Field is the greatest sport in the World because the clock and the tape don't lie. Neely Spence is one year away from being one of the best collegiate distance runners ever; she isn't a top end 1500/3k girl, but I expect she could throw down a nasty 10k if she had the inclination.

PSAC alumni and current Student Athletes represented well this weekend. The conference continues to improve and be deserving of national recognition.
Mansfield hosting PSACs and SRU hosting Regionals.
Any word on incoming freshmen?
any word on how much ship is gonna suck this year because they graduated all their good runners??
My teammate heard that Neely is going to be running for Ship's men's team this year. Her 5k from USAs would put her 37th on the outdoor 5k performance list. Look for her to be All-Conference this year.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
