weiss?
No way the mile is going to be that fast, or the 5k

Agreed...and maybe its just my ignorance but how do you have IUP running an 8:01 4x800.
Weiss 4:05 NO WAY I dont think he has that kind of speed.
well after weiss runs 4:0x this week we will see. Neyhart has gone 4:09 for 1500 and hilton ran 4:12 in hs.
any why wouldnt beegle be able to run that he just ran 12 secs faster and were talkin about 3 weeks later into the season. brady just ran roughly 9:07 for 2 miles and timmy getz was one of the top guys in the psacs all year in cross i think hes got the ability to go sub 15. plus the 5k is on the first day so most people will be fresh.
IUP was kind of a guess 3rd is really up in the air but i figured they have a good anchor and most decent programs can find a few 2:00, 2:01 guys. and considering they produced an 800 national champ last year i decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.
we will see

weiss has decent speed. once in a race i didnt completely destroy him last 200m.
i know he has speed ----- but i just think he doesnt have it enough for a 4:05.
I would have to argue about the 5k going out that fast. Most of the guys doing the 5k will be doubling possibly doing more. I feel that race is going to be a sit and kick race with one or two people in the 14:50s and the rest of the field low 15s. Favorite to win clearly is Beegle given what he has just ran, so he will probably just chill with the pack so that he can also run a good mile or 3k the next day. Anyone feel the same way.
As for the mile, I've seen both weiss and neyhart going 3:52 last year. Haven't seen much of weiss recently, which is normal in indoor. And we had Hilton with a 4:12 1600meter split anchoring his DMR at PSU. Beegle may possibly be in there as well (I don't think his time was far off, if not the same as hilton's split). I see that race as a whoever is feeling 100% will win. No clear favorite, should be interesting.
The question for everyone is, is the haven and ship going to run their A squad's for the DMR? THey have people in them that would make it tough to double with individual events. Would do you guys think.
800 will be up between Hatch, Rector, and Jamieson.
I do not know if IUP will have a descent 4 x 8 but I do see them having more individual champions than any other team.

I doubt if ship and LH run their top guys in the DMR but it would be exciting to see.
Give your best guess on the top 3 teams and the MVP's for PSAC's.
I think for the men it will be Ship, LH, and E Stroudsburg for the top three teams and Weiss (track) and Harris (field)for MVP. For the women Ship, SRU, and E Stroudsburg with Neely (track)and Pinter (field).
Wheres everyone running this weekend?
Also where Weiss running that 4:05 mile??
where will shizzy be molesting young boys?
shizzy is history lets go beegle
I am going to the conference indoor championships and I am going to be pissed if LHU and Ship don't put their A teams on the line! I want to see an awesome DMR there!
