what the hell?
what the hell?
Wow, that was a bit excessive on the spamming...
But anyways...where is everyone running at this weekend?
most teams are off since paul short and sru were big races. plus a lot of teams are running PSU the following week.
this week...
Cal, IUP @ CMU
Millersville @ Franklin & Marshall
Westchester @ DeSales
Should be interesting to see how IUP and Cal compare to each other. Clark is a gimme for a win, but if IUP can squeeze 3 guys between Clark and Cal's second, it could be a good match up.
Not if Andrew Amey has anything to say about it.....
alright this is what will happen at conference... rumor has it ben hahn quit the boro team to start his own psac team.. he will be 1, 2, 4, 8, and 9 scoring 24 points to win... and then hell give free bjs after the race cause hes sooo beautiful.. i love you ben hahn xoxoxo.
hahn isn't even the best runner on his team
the way some kids are looking he might not even be in the top five.
who is chris clark? never heard of the guy
Who is barry mclaughlin
isnt he a florist from virginia
Top 10 as of right now:
1. Boro
2. Lockhaven
3. Shipp
4. SRU
5. Cal
6. Bloom
7. Millersville
8. IUP
9. ESU
10. Mansfield
If Wise gets back to running national caliber times like he's capable of, SRU could still be a contender for the top 2 or 3 but after last weekend Shipp and Lock have much more depth which will be key at psacs and regionals.

boro women overrated? maybe underrated
5 women teams from the conference ranked in the nation. that's pretty impressive. I feel that speaks for the need of an at large. I think the system of earning bids for the region is useless. Because it may give a region not deserving of a bid more than than and then in turn leaves good teams out of nationals.
Yeah i agree I don't know why D II insists on being different from DI and D III. Having at large bids makes it more exciting and makes the whole season count(especially the bigger meets)...not just regionals. It just doesn't make sense to me why the previous season should determine how many spots the region gets next year...

Well at the time their top woman only ran 19:15 or so. So yeah they didn't look that strong. They sure as hell look good now.
Hilton is the hottest looking on Havens woman's squad.....with his soft skin and wavy hair...I bet he would look good in a pair of bun huggers.
are you blind??
Hey Bobcat (and rest of PSAC),
It has been a while since I got on here as well, but glad I did. It is good to read your post and see what you have been up to in Cleveland. Now I live in Seattle, and my running was going ok, but now I am having foot problems again and waiting to get it fixed before I get serious again. Doctors say I might need surgery on the ball of my foot, but I would rather not. Has anyone had foot surgery and been able to bounce back from it?
I realized it is a lot tougher to run when you are out of college with a full time job. I always said I would be the one that still ran after college, but it is not easy. It gets hard to get up early, and it is tough to get motivated to run after a long day at work. But I was doing it until a few days ago when my foot just would not allow it. I wish you guys the best, enjoy your college career as a runner because it will be hard to run when you graduate unless you can run for nike or someone. I will get back to running as soon as I can, but it wont be easy.
Any other alum that I have not heard from in a while, feel free to post on here and give me updates. Good luck to all the current PSAC runners this year, specially IUP and SRU, my two families!!!

No way that 5 womens teams deserve to be in the top 25. Coaches do the rankings and are mostly clueless. 1 legit team - top ten- and that is it.
Do something once you get to nationals and you will get more teams. Why should rankings matter. Get on the line and prove it.
As for the men there are no legit teams and only 2 legit runners.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
