I'm just curious if you guys are exterme when it comes to your running. By exterme I mean never eating junk food/fast food, make sure your in sleep at 10PM, never drink, only eat two meals a day, or something along the lines that you think is going to make you a better runner. I know that I avoid snacking on anythink like cupcakes or donuts cookies and other snacks that people usually induldge in.
