If a guy is 24 or 39 I don't think it matters because he is competing and winning the open division. If/when he starts to say he is a master runner then those guys have a gripe. But these guys don't have a right to ask for money back because of age....now drugs, obviously that is another story. But I would bet there are many road races being won every week right now by drug cheats. It is just easy to target someone that has already been caught once.

Is there any sort of tracking database for age? Isn't that grounds for disqualification if he is lying about his age? I know he took some money (and was an invited athlete) at a nice little 5k last year in Manchester, NH - and robbed Casey Moulton of $600 - same at Slattery's in Fitchburg, MA. There appears to be more than just a past drug incrimination here: lying about his age, and not being here on an elite athlete visa? With today's tracking technology, there must be some way to cross check this and document the inconsistencies in his age (and name!) and citizenship status.....the Moultons, Mortimers, and the others are hard working class runners - something just seems very wrong here.
