Anyone live there? I'm considering moving there and was wondering what it is like living there if you are American. Does being American make it difficult to get a job? How's the running scene there? And how expensive is it to live there?

There are some very good programs in the Toronto area, depending on what you are looking to do probably the three best programs in the area are University of Toronto track, which is affiliated with the University but also has several post collegians, Toronto Olympic Club which has several groups in the area a few of which have post-collegians and Speed River Track and Field Club which is located in Guelph about 45 mins down the road and has an outstanding post-collegiate and collegiate group.
I tend to think of Toronto as a fairly welcoming city to outsiders and one of the nicer metropolatins in north america.
Drop me a line if you have any questions.
toronto has the second highest proportion of immigrants in the world after miami. i guess you could figure toronto has the highest proportion of LEGAL immigrants in the world.
