I'm curious as to how popular this book is amongst this crowd. I've read it probably 2-3 times. Wejo is a big proponent of this book and has written a glowing review. I like the book and incorporate some of its ideas into my training and racing and think it has helped.
My main questions would be directed to whomever has really benefitted from particular mental exercises, etc, - i.e. visualization, affirmations, relaxation during racing techniques - Especially during the latter part of a tough race.
