Ive got a friend at the meet who is willing to give me updates at every mile but he wants to enjoy the rest of the race, so thats all I can do. Im hoping someone can do better than that.

I know this has probably already been posted but what is the estimated start time? EST
what time is this thing goin off... EST?
I believe it starts at 12:15
Not sure why anyone would want Eastern Standard Time when we're on daylight savings... but it starts at 11:14 EST. For the rest of us its 9:14 PDT, 10:14 MDT, 11:14 CDT, 12:14 EDT.
I know this isn't about the 10,000m, but Jennings ran 1:51.08 in Section 2 of the 800m race. Also, Aucencio Martinez handled Tom Lancashire somehow.

why the hell is aucencio martinez redshirting for adams state this year? 3:40? that's like the fastest time in D1 much less D2. Adams State now has 1500 guys at 3:40 (Aucencio), 3:44 (Macias), 3:48 (Lara), 3:50 (Braun), 3:50 (Ellis). Damn. Not to mention Macias running 13:38 at Mt. Sac and Jesus Solis running sub-29. How did these guys not win cross?
I predict we see a big PR run by Macias tonight in the 10,000m; something a la Cabada.
Let's make this the official live updates thread. Whatever you hear, post it. Whether it's every lap, or just mile splits, anything is greatly appreciated.
I will throw some steeple results in:

how did the steeple go out, wat happened to darren brown?Looks like the Texas guys did well, anyone think Morse will win big 12 steeple lagat or grey
Patrick Mutai is a pretty good runner. He ran some impressive times for 8k in cross, so I think it's pretty impressive to see Bruce and Bogdan beating him. I guess they are veteran steeplers though, so maybe I should be comparing Mutai to them.
where are you guys getting these final results from
7 Kim Hogarth Western State 8:40.94
Nicodemus finally has a little competition.
d2 is looking good this year, a lot better than years past.
I saw the d2 cross championships in Pomona, California and trust me Adams State had a bad day. I guess they went out too hard because there were about five or six of them in the top 10 for the first few miles and then it was a trainwreck from there on. They sure are tearing it up on the track though. The afore mentioned guys could be kicking butt in d1, especially Macias and Martinez.
