I ran a mile and 3200 in my new On Cloudspike 10ks and it was life changing. Huge PRs set. I am in shape, so not sure how much the shoe had to do with it (was wearing Vaporflys before, so its not like my PRs were set in trainers).
My last 2 3200s, though have been duds. Could it be because I have a couple races in the shoes or did I just have a couple of off days in the office?
