I've been having aching pain, particularly at rest and after exercise (but some during) in the groin, hip, and thigh (some IT band too). The location is varied but the most consistent has been groin. Doesn't seem to be a positive hop test or fulcrum test, but feels deep and achy so not sure if it's bone or muscle. Anyone have any experiences? What helped distinguish for you (beyond MRI!)? Any experiences are appreciated! I'm an elite female trailrunner who runs 50-65 miles/week.
