I'm a 50-60mpw guy, don't drink, lift 2x/week, generally very healthy. But I have an issue where once a week I'll binge on sugar. Happened yesterday and it was 1300 calories of Oreos and ice cream. Last week it was an entire pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream. Happens once a week like clockwork. Not catastrophic, but I could easily loose 5lbs by the end of summer if I just limit it to 200-300 calories (5'10", 157lbs). How the hell do I stop this.
Not keeping sweets in the house is not an option since my and kids can control themselves. Really want to nip this annoying af habit in the bud.
