3- hour's.
When I first started training specifically for the marathon I could tolerate a 20-miler on the TM and did it a number of times. Now about 10 years later I'll do just about anything to avoid it for any run. It's to the point when I have to use it for weather reasons, I'll still do my warmup and cooldown outside, where pace is irrelevant, and just the workout portion on the TM to limit time/distance on it.
8 miles at 7:00 min pace. It was not fun
22 miles but with 2 bathroom breaks after 2 tempo segments
Most distance without any stops is 15-17 a few times
I think 15 miles. I don’t mind using the treadmill but I am definitely a little slower on it which is annoying but it’s a good tool in the running toolbox regardless.
I did 45k in prep for a marathon. I own a Peloton Tread+ at home, and needed to get in my penultimate very long run in and had a window of about 4 hours. I realised I'd never be able to drive to my favourite outdoor running spot, so decided to bang it out on the tread. Insanely boring, but I listened to several podcasts along the way...
I went ~ four feet, the treadmills are not very long.
For me about a foot, the machine slowly inched forward during my workout.
2.5-3, hrs distance unremembered
Weird. If when the treadmill's not moving, but I'm still jogging in place, it feels like I'm moving 368 km/s. Therefore, since the longest I've run on the treadmill is 2.5hrs, that's a little over 2 million miles.
About 17.5 miles, several times, and sometimes followed by 45 minutes or so on the elliptical
18 miles, started at 8.3 mph and increased by 0.1 each mile (7:13 to 6:00 pace). Felt a lot harder than a comparable effort outside. I'm planning to do some 20+ treadmill runs this summer, I think it's good mental training
In residency, I had to do my final marathon training longrun during night float. I had 4 hours to sleep and decided to spend that running and eating before my next shift. This was the middle of the night and I had no idea that the fitness room treadmill had a governor on it that maxed out at around 4 mph. I had no other option aside from the elliptical. I did a 2.5 hour elliptical session instead. I had a hard time standing during my next shift and somehow the session injured my hamstring and I ended up DNSing the marathon. So sad. Terrible idea, by the way.
22 miles during marathon training during crappy weather. I do everything I can to avoid running on the treadmill though, hate it.
I once did 48 km , 30 miles as a prep for a marathon. Pace 6:30 per mile, 4 min per km.

Probably the room the treadmill was in!
Olympics
Five miles. Keep it light. Race fresh.
24.5 miles. 18-22.5 miles a dozen or so times. Countless 10 milers.
