It's official now:
"Elite runner" just like Matt Choi elite?
That's not a bad marathon time for a masters woman.
He needs more steroids
2:39 Eliterunner LOL
If he took a full minute per mile off his pace, he'd be just on the fringe of top 10-15 performances at a major marathon. Right now he's a couple minutes behind that OnlyFans girl.
Chicken, broccoli, and rice. Con firmed.
Not saying 2:39 is fast in the grand scheme of things, but it's ridiculously fast in the context of his body mass and claims of all natural nutrition and training. it's insulting because no one cared how fast the doped up crossfitters ran their little running section of their games, and they were all in on the wink-wink-anti-doping joke together. But cross over into the world of the common man trying to work hard to achieve his/her best lifetime marathon, and it's unacceptable.
It's certainly quite the business model as a training and supplement company. not a unique business model, but effective and as old as time.
Pretend like your doped athlete spokesperson is achieving these things through the use of your product and service.
The unethical part isn't necessarily the banned or prescribed substances he takes and doesn't report, it's the sale of outcomes purported to be from his products and services to the general public.
He has, and can, walk a tightrope of staying low enough profile and having lawyers craft what he can say and do. but get big enough and someone in some agency will flag you for takedown.
Correct me if I'm wrong but this guy has never and will never put himself in a competitive position in any field or endeavor to be subjected to anti-doping. running sanctioned races in the "Instagram impressive" local competitive hobby jogger zone is safe as long as he's not subjected to the 1 in a million random population samples taken (allegedly) at very few large events.
He does risk (further?) angering the spiteful running community with his continued intention to claim his methods and products allow him to be superior in training to those that train traditionally and maintain traditional runners physique. but again, unless there are legal implications or financial incentives on the line, who from his inner circle is going to give any information up to start the reality check?
He's the worst kind of person, that is, shameless. he will never put himself in a position to be caught out, and will feel no shame for the fraud, deceit or ego mania.
Nick may be accelerating his path to an untimely demise by vigorous aerobic training while using anabolics. This study in rats showed that there was an even greater increase in cardiac hypertrophy (relative to sedentary rats also given anabolics) when rats given the steroids were subject to swimming for up to an hour over a 10 week period.
Until he pops positive, he's clean. End of.
I dont think he called himself elite. End of.
Was always bulky. Trying to maintain strength while running 40-60 mpw, not training for an event, and eating clean af will get you a similar build. End of.
Has shown bloodwork profile in past. End of.
He's living his best life and inspiring others. End of.
In case you missed it:
It is a cardinal principle of our system of justice that every person accused of a crime is presumed to be innocent unless and until his or her guilt is established beyond a reasonable doubt. End of.
He will only get tested at a running event if he joins USATF. The testing authorities have no means of forcing him to submit to testing if he isn’t a member of an IOC recognized federation. He and his people very likely know this and you will never see him compete at a national championships race where membership is required.
I was wondering why he didn't get tested at CIM
It's a very respectable time for someone his size. But I thought I saw while back that he was a runner in HS or competed. This is a strange experiment. A decent running talent guy blows up his body with a ton of mass to trim it back down a bit with lots of running. So most likely he would ran 2:30 if he didn't beef himself up.
Remember to tren hard anavar give up
If he's laying down a 2:39 at 190lbs, wouldn't that imply he could be elite if he shed 40lbs of non-running muscle? 2sec/lbs would put him at 2:13 even if he only lost 30lbs.
