i just tempoed a 5k in 19:55, and did 4x200 after 4 minutes with one in between at 34-35

All this really guarantees is that you can break 70 in a 400m and about 5:50 in a mile, this is the kind of work that builds fitness but doesn’t really do anything to predict it.
Tempos just aren’t a great predictor for middle distance fitness, really can’t predict anything but half marathon fitness off of tempos. People run them too fast, people run them too slow, people may be better at racing for 2-5 minutes while some people may be better geared for racing for 20-30 minutes etc. In college there was a point for me where my 20 minute tempo pace was about 5:20-5:30 per mile, while I had teammates doing more like 4:55-5:05, and I would beat all of those guys pretty hard in an 800m and be pretty evenly matched 1500m/mile and sometimes 3k.
Ahh probably something along the lines of 5:20. Tough to say considering you didn't share any information on your training past and that is by no means any sort of indication workout.
