No...the most likely sign in female distance runners is not body type. For example, go back & look at the London 800m final. The three Russian women in the finals, Savinova (gold), Poistagova (bronze) & Arhzhova all look like - and are built like your typical female distance runner (in fact, Poistagova looks very feminine):
EPO/blood transfusions do not change a female distance runner's body type. And O2-vector doping would be the preferred PED with any female distance runner looking to improve performance.
