My daughter (16 year old current sophomore) is a motivated high school runner but not elite (10:50 for the 3200 and 18:15 5K XC). We have to option to send 3-5 weeks this summer in the Denver area with family and housesitting most of the time (no huge expense to us). Nice change of scenery from a boring midwest state. She wants the benefits of altitude training as well. I am interested in hearing thoughts and experiences if four weeks is enough to see benefits and would any potential benefits last into the important part of the season (October).
