Hey all,
I'm currently doing the half-marathon plan from the Jack Daniels' 3rd ed, as I like the phase structure more than the monotonous alien plan in the 4th ed. I only have the 4th ed. as a physical book. I have been able to scourge the workouts of the plan for phases 1-3 from online sources, but I cannot find the phase 4 anywhere.
Would anyone be able to help me out with either some guidance on what the workouts look like in phase 4, or even better DM me a full list for the last 6 weeks? I'm now 8 weeks out from my half so quite urgently need this information.
I did check the local libraries and bookstores, but could not find the book anywhere.
