I love running, sure some runs I don't like and I drag myself out but they're usually okay and I have never regretted those ones. I started running as a barefoot runner and have always run in minimal shoes so it's always been fun for me. I once tried cushion shoes it was like wearing condom blocked all the good feeling.
I once run 190 mile week at 6 minute miles as a challenge, I run on holidays twice a day everyday, I sometimes even dream about running, floating along the roads barefoot feeling light as a feather.
I LOVE that runners high after a good workout where your head feels hot and tingly.
I love drinking cold smoothies after long runs where they taste 10x better it's heaven.
I love running in pack on the roads feels badass
I love running shirtless in summer feeling strong and happy from vitamin D.
I think I did it right, training should be enjoyed not endured. I run a sub4 mile, 13 minute 5K and 1:03 half.
