I am a high school senior looking for ways to train at altitude over the summer to prepare for collegiate running. I know a lot of camp counselor roles have filled up already. Does anyone know anything that I should look into?
The best thing I have come across so far is "The Kenya Experience". I am a little skeptical on it, however, because it is only 2 weeks and it seems to be more centered around marathoners (the 800m is my primary event). If anyone has done it or knows anything about it that would also be much appreciated.
