That sucks bro, I had that happen in raquetball once, so I used scissors to make groves In my shoes, it did not work. Other idea is find some tree sap, or maybe find some honey? I mean what’s the worst that could happen?
I ended up just cleaning the soles of my shoes and I lost my heat but I got 5th overall out of 10 so not bad i guess
