Saw this stuff at Walmart anyone ever try it like during a race or speedwork?

I was thinking it would be good to have in case of a large grassfire/forest fire (where the air becomes unbreathable). Video says you should get 200 1 seconds inhalations per large can. Could help you out of a bad situation.
as for training - to me most of this is just high priced gimmick. Sure it can help, but kinda pricey way to get the help.
buy one of those SPO2 sensors you put on your finger, take a reading, do the O2 can, take another reading....... do a workout, take a reading, do a workout, do the O2 can, take a reading...
Can of oxygen meant for flat landers to take on vacation at altitude if short of breathe...that's it
Probably would have no noticeable effect, unless you are at altitude. Then you would be negating the effect of training at altitude. One oxygen rich breath would be negated pretty quickly anyway.
You do know, pure oxygen is highly flammable. If you open a can of pure oxygen near a fire, you may lose your face or hands.
Wasnt there a kids documentary about this canned air stuff?
That is an outstanding point, thank you.
