Going to be visiting John’s Hopkins. Where should my son and I run? Happy to drive somewhere within 15min or so.

From the cops?
Based on the fact it's flared as HS running I assume you're going to Homewood (main campus) instead of the med school. I'd recommend just running north - starting from Homewood field, going west on University until Roland and then go north from there, turning right at Northern or Lake and right again at Charles to get back. Or drive to Lake Roland and run on that trail until Falls, though that's only about ~4 miles.
Yes,
Undergrad. He’s got 10miles and will be solo so if we need to drive somewhere that is more conducive for that, let us know!
Thanks for any help.
Here's a loop I'd do occasionally. I began this map at the large Hopkins sign in front of the beach. It'd be about 7 miles in a primary loop, then 2 in a secondary loop. I guess you could finish it with a couple of laps around the 'track' (the 400m rubber rectangle around the lacrosse stadium - check it on google maps to see what I mean). There are also a few good loops around lake Roland, going north on Charles and into it after the school / Eddie's, or in Baltimore county via pinehurst and just getting to the edge of the Towson campus.
I'd recommend staying west of York (safety), preferably being a couple of streets away, and east of Falls (very busy road where you're right next to the cars).
Cops! LOL!
Steve, you are an original wit.
If you don't mind a slightly longer drive, there is a nice trail originating in Hunt Valley (about 5 minutes off of I83). Its crushed stone surface and goes 20 miles to PA. Not a bad place for an out and back. And very safe.
I don't know how far you're willing to drive but Patapsco State park is about 25 minutes away, I've always felt completely safe there.
Thanks but I'm most notably a degenerate.
Run around Sandtown Winchester and Carrollton Ridge.
Thanks Benedict. We’re at the trail now. It’s awesome. Great rec. My son is out rolling and I just finished my 20min walk/jog (getting back into it after hip surgery November 30th). The flat surface and soft edges of the tail were perfect!
You should be running at all times, not making yourself a stationary target. 🎯

Excellent. Make sure to run in a herky jerky motion with lots of unpredictable diagonals and stop/starts. This way they can't get a bead on you.

believe in the run and faster bastards are down there. im sure a quick email or dm would elicit some good suggestions.
