I opened my season with a 52.7s and im hoping to get it down to a sub 50 before the end of the season. I paced myself to get a 24-25s 200m split but crashed after the 300m and ended up with my second 200 being a 27. I was unable to lift my knees and struggled to keep form on the last 100ish meters. I was wondering if there were any race tips or workouts I could use to improve my second 200m and get a 49
