You're insane but you may be right because when I used an FR10 2014-2018 with no sensors my running was amazing, 160 mile weeks no problem run all my PBs. Since 2018-2024 using heart rate monitor and wearing Garmin 24/7 my running is nowhere near as good, motivation and mental energy isn't as strong. The led lights for the heart rate sensor are constantly firing into your bloodstream that must mess with your red blood cells. I preffered training by feel and pace whist using Daniels VDOT for interval paces. That calculator had my 3000m and 5000m PBs which I run within a week down to the very second! It works and it works better than heart rate data.
I am turning my sensors off on my watch and only wearing it for running. I already experienced mental fatigue using airpods that made me irritable and lose concentration since it was pumping radiation directly through my ear canal into my brain. Even sunlight radiation can't enter your brain because sunlight does not penetrate walls but bluetooth does.
