I’ve heard some things about the two different mid-distance spikes, and I’m wondering a bit more about the actual applications and use for each one. I’ve heard that the air zoom victory is less durable and a bit goofy on corners, and that the cheetah is way more aggressive and could be a problem for longer events.
I am looking at these two spikes, and looking for alternatives as well. I currently use dragonflies, which are amazing for 3200-5k, but I feel like it would be worth it to have a spike that protects my legs less over longer distances, but is more aggressive and faster for an 800 or mile.
What kind of times do I need to be running in order for these spikes to be worth it?
