Barcelona half is stacked. It’s in 9 days. RAK always has lots of the best. Plenty quality thoners getting a warmup before their last shots at Olympic representation.
Who is in Barcelona? The amount of depth of 10K-Half runners is pretty crazy, because look at the projected fields for Srikwa Cross Country in Kenya and there are about 6 guys who would go sub-59 or faster on their best day in that alone (Kwemoi, Kipkorir, Kipkirui, Mburu, Sawe, Ebenyo). Yet we can have multiple stacked halves coming up with different athletes:
Daniel Ebenyo and Emmaculate Anyango Acholi are among the leading athletes in action as the World Athletics Cross Country Tour Gold makes a stop in Kenya's Great Rift Valley

Indoor Track is in full force, World Cross is coming up, and there are road races all over the world.
Seville is always an amazing evrnt. So many athletes from bizarre small European countries getting dragged through to amazing times to qualify ahead of the third American for the olympics. A few running running have IAAF rankings around the 90’s. wouldn’t take a great improvement on a pancake flat course with good weather conditions to jump 30 ranking placings
