The constant waves of busts, broken records and faster times cause me to question if there are any pros that are clean these days.
At this point I assume the really famous ones just have more sophisticated help to cover their tracks as the money is greater. But some still get popped, as we have seen recently.

Pros get tested. Doping is way more prevalent in college because testing is so limited. Tuohy has never been tested and she is built like a sprinter.
There is no doping in college
I can tell you an athlete from a top Midwest region school in XC that is 100% doping (he was last fall & spring). There is a lot of doping in the NCAA (among athletes racing fast at least).
