I’m still shocked about Roe. She was looking so smooth and then just faded. She held on with 1:18’s her final 2 laps to finish 7th, but just missed making the tiny “q”.

just has not been the same runner this year....I give her credit for putting herslef in every race but she just can't quite handle it.
I’ve noticed that quite a few times this year as well. I’m a fan, but it was sad watching it happen again. She looked SO solid, and then just blah…
Yeah, I’d say O’Sullivan is the main 1500 threat. Kemboi is the main 5000 threat.
In the 5k Kemboi yes, i think so too. Then Valby, Venters, Plourde. Kemboi and Plourde both have a fast kick, but Kemboi will be fresher. That being said, Plourde did not seem affected whatsoever by the 1500m double.

Yeah Plourde just ran right along with Venters, as if the two were out on a weekend run.
It will be interesting. The 1500 because anything can happen and the 5000m because KT is doubling, opening up the race. Otherwise she would be almost 20 seconds faster than her closest competition.
Also, what happened with Hays? Hartman tried to stick with Chmiel but Hays was never in it from the get go. Maybe Hays just decided to focus on the 10k, or maybe she just didn't have it?
Tyynismaa ran well also. But, outside of Tuohy and Tyynismaa the NCst women seem to be having a few issues this season. Chmiel looked okay in both qualifiers but hard to tell where she is at.
