i was there at nxn i believe he leaked their phone numbers letting them get spammed and just talked down on them to other runners
Usually an IT band tear is the result of a fall or a lift gone bad.

sad to see his HS career end like this but on the bright side it's a fairly easy injury to recover from. should be back to 100% by the time he's adjusted to the altitude in Flag.
he's onto bigger and better things at NAU.
Yeah that’s a bad look to thank national competitors but not his own teammates. I know he’s just a teenager but the mature thing would have been to either tag his teammates or nobody at all.
I’ve never heard of a runner getting that kind of injury. Sounds painful. Wishing him a full and speedy recovery.

agreed he can thank whoever he wants. dont give a damn about looking mature just live the life that is most true to you. I had some bad teammates in high school 10+ years ago no way in hell I would thank them
